Client Case

Presenting Issues
Sasha came to holistic wellness coaching after months of struggling with burnout. As a nonprofit program manager, she had been operating in overdrive—juggling emotionally taxing work, a recent breakup, and the feeling of being completely disconnected from her own needs.
Background Information
At 32, Sasha described herself as “functioning but not living.” Her routines had fallen apart, sleep was inconsistent, and even activities she once enjoyed (like yoga or journaling) felt like chores. She shared that she didn’t need “therapy,” but deeply needed space to talk, be guided gently, and reconnect to herself on a soul level.
Assesment
A Holistic Wellness Wheel assessment revealed imbalances in emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being. Sasha scored low on boundaries, rest, creativity, and joy. She was highly functional on the outside, but internally depleted and yearning for change.

Goals
Coaching Strategies & Tools
Frequency and Duration
14 sessions over 4 months. Weekly for the first 8 weeks, bi-weekly after that. Optional support via Voxer between sessions

Results

  1. By Month 1: Sasha re-established a calming morning practice and began incorporating breathwork daily. She reported improved sleep and less emotional reactivity.

  2. By Month 2: She reconnected with journaling and started weekly walks in nature again — calling them her “reset button.”

  3. By Month 3: Sasha began saying “no” at work without guilt and restructured her calendar to include downtime and pleasure.

  4. By Month 4: She described feeling clear, confident, and “more herself than she had in years.” She even enrolled in a weekend wellness retreat to continue her journey.
